Our client, a well-known charity based in North London (Archway) are currently looking to recruit a part-time PA*secretary to work in their fundraising department. They will be looking for someone to work 21 hours per week. The role is varied and busy, therefore require a pro-active, organised and committed candidate with good IT skills. Duties will include: travel arrangements, booking meetings, diary management, preparation of meetings, fielding telephone calls, carrying out ad hoc research, event management, ordering stationary, typing, producing correspondance etc. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3yrs experience within a similar role, event organising experience combined with excellent communication and organisational skills.
